It’s always kinda hard for me when I get to a scene that I’ve been thinking about for a long time. Another example was the scene where Felicia and Lavender kissed, or when Felicia wears a man’s clothes. It’s like my brain hypes it up and then I can’t deliver it 100%. I never know how much of what I’m trying to say gets all the way to the readers and how they look at it. But that’s art for you. It’s never quite what you want it to be, and it’s never the same for everybody. So I just do my best on these type of scenes and hope that you enjoy it.

My brain does the same thing! It’s all like “this is gonna be the coolest thing ever and there’ll be fireworks and explosions and EVERYTHING!” And then all I end up with is “meh.” I love all of this comic though

I don’t know if there’s a name for it, but there’s always a disparity between what you envision and the end result. You’d think that as you got better, the gap between what you imagine and what you make would close, but I think that the more skilled you get at something, the more detailed your imagination becomes, and the greater your ability to perceive imperfections is. So you don’t really catch up it.

this is one of thee greatest comics ever. your art is stunning to say the least, and your storyline is fantasitic, i read though your archives as fast as i could, i would definitly have my vote for ruler of the world.
Just read through the comic this morning, and I’m hooked. Excellent story, excellent art, and I’m eagerly looking forward to more.
